• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3–6 days of check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or for no-shows.

4. Property Rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.
• Loud music and parties are prohibited unless previously approved.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings; True Point Property is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Damages to property or items will be charged accordingly.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Guests must maintain respectful conduct at all times.
• Management reserves the right to deny stay or evict guests involved in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

6. Use of Facilities

• Guests may use all available property facilities as per the guidelines provided.
• Facilities like bonfire, café, or guided tours may be subject to availability and weather conditions.
